Occupations: Rosalee is a diagnostic imaging technologist and Nick is a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer.
How they met: Rosalee and Nick studied in the same program at Queen’s University, and they met at a social event for Rosalee’s jiu-jitsu club. They clicked immediately.
Fave date: “We spent an afternoon having a picnic on some cliffs near Halifax overlooking the ocean, and we were wonderfully surprised by the arrival of some whales swimming near us.”
What attracted her to him: Nick is tall, dark and handsome.
What attracted him to her: Rosalee’s big blue eyes.
Engagement story: “Nick took me to our favourite cliffs in Halifax where we saw the whales. As we sat on the cliffs watching the waves in the rain, Nick completely surprised me and pulled out the ring box.”
