About the Couple
Bride: Amanda Winter
Groom: Adam Hollohan
How they met: The couple met at Amanda’s family cottage in Long Point, Ontario. “We later realized we’d had mutual friends for 15 years but had never met each other until that night,” Amanda explains.
Engagement story: “We had discussed our future but never really knew when an engagement might happen,” Amanda says. “On our three-year anniversary which was the Canada Day long weekend, Adam proposed at home. I said, ‘Yes’ and we immediately left to spend the long weekend at our cottage in Long Point. We celebrated all weekend with our closest friends and family. It was perfect to go back to the place where we originally met,” Amanda reminisces.

Such a perfect mix of elegance and fun! It was the only wedding where diamonds and orchids fit in completely with candy apples and photo booths. We had such a great time and it seemed like the bride & groom were able to play their parts as well as party with the crowd. Gorgeous venue - perfect for the theme. Highly recommended!
