How they met: Erin and Luigi first met at a car company where they were collection agents.
Engagement story: Luigi prepared a wonderful breakfast the morning he proposed. “In the excitement of the moment when he got down on his knee and presented me with the ring, I blurted out I DO before he actually had the chance to ask me the question,” remembers Erin!
