Groom: Arthur Skotnicki
How they met: The couple met while attending medical school in Krakow, Poland.
Engagement story: “Arthur lived in Vancouver and I lived in Halifax so we spent Christmas apart,” explains Ewelina. “When he came to visit the day before New Year’s Eve we finally got to exchange Christmas gifts. I didn’t see it coming but after some ‘not so exciting’ gifts he said he had one more, it was a ring!”
