Lavender
Nothing is more calming than the scent of fresh lavender. Ask your florist to incorporate stems of this flower into your bouquet for a vintage look.

Carnations can add a bold statement. They can play off texture on simple, flowing, or even beaded dresses. They are versitile in color and can go through the worst conditions without showing ware. Not to mention they are less costly than other flowers and don't need as much attention and tending as other flowers can. Simple and elegant.
