Groom: Eric Démoré
How they met: “We met at The University of Western Ontario as music students and bonded over books travel and wine,” shares the couple. “We’ve been together now for over four years.”
Engagement story: “After a few years of school and work we spent four months travelling through France working on organic farms,” reminisces Katie. “It was while sitting on an ancient stone wall in the South of France that we decided to get married. No official proposal, just an open and happy discussion about where we wanted to be the following spring,” she smiles. “The answer was obvious.”
