About the Couple
Bride: Becky Feagan
Groom: Mark Moore
How they met: “We met in kindergarten!” the couple exclaim. “We went all through public school together and briefly ‘dated’ in Grade 8. We shared our first kiss during this time. This happened after our friends cornered us in a cabin and told us to kiss. Everyone peered in the windows to make sure we actually did it! We went to separate high schools, though, and didn’t see much of each other during this time. After our first year away at college, we started to see each other again, which quickly led to dating and spending every day together!”
Engagement story: “We were together for over four years when Mark proposed. During this time we finished school, started careers, and moved back to our hometown of Goderich, Ontario. We had just settled into our house and started talking about the next step in our lives. On New Year’s Day 2009, we went for a lovely winter walk. When we got home, Mark surprised me with my engagement ring. We wanted to get married in August because Mark is a teacher and he’s off all summer. Also, both of our fathers are farmers and we wanted to pick a time of year that was convenient for them,” Becky reflects.

OMG -this looks like the sweetest wedding! So many great pics. - was "Julie" the only photog...? My fiancee LOVES fireworks so I especially appreciated those images! I am in school now to "train" as a photographer and, am nervous about how the images will look from "my" eye....
The first image, (on the dock), and the 13th & 14th (fireworks), are beautiful and VERY well shot. (as were they all, such a wonderful remembrance of your one-and-only, day!
Congratulations to you both - I hope Alberta has that kind of photographer, that I can afford!
Hope the rest of your lives are what you've both always dreamed of. Cheers!
