About the Couple
Bride: Linda Luu
Groom: Richard Kiefl
How they met: They met at the Ottawa Greek Festival in 2006 through Linda’s brother. As Linda says, “The sparks really began to fly at a house party a few weeks later” and the rest is history.
Engagement story: Richard planned a weekend away at Mount Tremblant and Linda gladly agreed. “Early on Saturday morning, before sunrise, Richie did the long climb up the ski hill and hid my most favourite flower, a pink Gerber, in the forest. He explained that he had done an early morning hike, and I thought nothing of it. Richie’s way of showing his love for me was recording a video of his journey up the mountain à la Survivorman. On the video, he expresses his feelings for me. The video is a gift to me, and no one but the two of us has seen it,” Linda gushes. After a beautiful lunch, and two proposal attempts later, Richard asked Linda for her hand.

A beautiful bride inside and out. It was a pleasure working with her, her bridal party and Kella. She is top notch at what she does. Wish we could of had her this fall for a friends wedding.
