About the Couple
Bride: Elaine Ma
Groom: Eric Low
How they met: At Simon Fraser University. “We had an early morning criminology class together and I skipped class all the time. One day I had to ask someone for notes and there were two guys sitting behind me. One guy was geeky and the other guy was cute, so I decided to ask the cute guy for his notes! From then on we became friends but we didn’t start dating until three years later,” Elaine reminisces.
Engagement Story: “Eric was so sweet! We were in Maui for vacation and he drove us to the peak of Haleakala National Park to catch the sunrise. There, he got down on one knee at 10,000 ft. elevation and proposed. I was so happy, I screamed and starting jumping up and down!”
