How they met: They met at Highland Village where they attended high school but it wasn’t until seven years later that they finally started dating.
Engagement story: Brian planned to woo Suzanne in a kayak built for a perfect pair. “We learned pretty quickly that it wasn’t the easiest thing to co-ordinate our rowing since you really need to be in sync with the other person. We practiced for a few weeks and before we knew it we were rowing like partners,” Suzanne recalls. “When it came time to get engaged, Brian had a plan to propose while we were kayaking. Unfortunately, it started to rain shortly before he could put his plan into action, as I refused to go boating in the rain.” Unexpectedly, Brian saved the day by proposing in a less traditional fashion in Suzanne’s basement that same afternoon. “Not so romantic but the moment really was perfect,” says Suzanne.

I want to see the centerpieces that were the favorite part of the wedding!
Also, great idea on the 'where we've travelled' table thing! :) I think we'll do something like that as well.
