Beautiful Photos and Couple!

— Michelle (January 7, 2009 at 10:45 p.m.)

I would like to know, when are you expecting to have your baby, and do you know what it is? I think Kyle is good looking and you lucked out. I wish the two of you all the best, you make a really nice couple.

— Jane LaPierre (November 5, 2009 at 7:13 p.m.)

Wow!!! Very cool.
I watch Kyle and Lesley every nite on the news, and yesterday was Lesley's last day at work.
She's expecting very soon, I think!! Anyway, Kyle announced then that Lesley is his wife!
I almost fell out of my chair! What a wonderful, gorgeous couple.
Talk about keeping their private and business life separate. Their is no outward sign at all on-air that they are anything more than colleagues.

Congratulations guys!! Love your wedding pics......what a gorgeous destination for a wedding!
All the best with new "wee one"

— Sherry (Kitchener) (January 5, 2010 at 3:15 p.m.)

Would like to know when the baby is born 'on air' you make a lovely couple, Congratulations guys, keep up the good work

— Maureen (January 11, 2010 at 6:58 p.m.)

I just heard the news at the end of noon news today that Kyle is no longer going to be with CTV news either noon or evening. He did not say where he's going and I would really like to know. I have enjoyed watching him along with Nancy Richards for so long. They seem to work so well together and I enjoy them both so much. As both Kyle and Nancy said, they truly are 'like family' and that's how I feel about them too. Kyle could even by a grandson in fact. I'm afraid I'm not a sports enthusiast so not so much Randy--sorry Randy! But you do give a good weather forecast (on sunny days--just kidding). Seriously, I will miss Kyle so.....much and would like very much to know where he is going. I wish him all the best in both his pofessional and personal life and hope he is going some place where I can keep up with both. Best wishes Kyle, from Jackie H.

I am also curious as to where Kyle has gone.
I hope CTV did not terminate him.
He is a great anchor, so I hope he has moved on to a new challenge.

Can anyone tell us where oh where is Kyle??

— Jenny (April 4, 2011 at 3:42 p.m.)

We will also miss Kyle and want to know where he is going? Will Leslie return to CKCO when her maternity leave is over?

— Liz (April 4, 2011 at 6:19 p.m.)

I was also shocked. It seems to be the best kept secret. I have searched every internet site I could think of and found nothing. Somebody out there must know.

— judith (April 4, 2011 at 6:27 p.m.)

We are also curious as to where the two of you have gone hope it is an advancement; we have watched you for years.

Thanks Carman & Janice

— Brian (April 6, 2011 at 9:50 p.m.)

— emily (April 7, 2011 at 6:46 a.m.)

I just saw kyle on cp24--i had no idea!!

— Kim (April 7, 2011 at 3:03 p.m.)

I was just channel surfing and saw him on CP24. That is why I was looking him up to see if he had left CKCO. He's not an anchor but looks to be a reporter.

— Annette (April 7, 2011 at 5:21 p.m.)

Kyle is on CP 24 I saw him on there this afternoon anchoring the news.

— Becky (April 7, 2011 at 6:25 p.m.)

I beleive he went to CP24 news (channel 24)

— Lynn (April 7, 2011 at 10:51 p.m.)

I was surprised to see Kyle on CP24 at 3 am. and again this afternoon

— Mike R. (April 7, 2011 at 11:10 p.m.)

I saw him on CP 24 a few days ago - only once tho and not sure just when he's on......

— Arlene (April 8, 2011 at 6:09 p.m.)

I saw him today on CP24 and he was doing a great job.

— Glenn (April 9, 2011 at 9:40 p.m.)

KYLE !!! The CTV news at noon and six are not the same!! Funny seeing you on CP24 but I guess they needed some talent!! All the best.

— Pete (April 10, 2011 at 10:15 a.m.)

I'm watching Kyle on CP24 right now. I was shocked to see him there. I will miss him on CKCO too. He very much became the face of the news.

— Leah (April 10, 2011 at 4:13 p.m.)

Kyle can now be seen on CP24

— Randy (April 10, 2011 at 6:02 p.m.)

he is with cp24 a toronto station

— mike (April 10, 2011 at 6:45 p.m.)

The news at noon and 6 will not be the same. Live in London but have always enjoyed Kyle sooo much. Thanks for all the enjoyable lunches and dinners. Best of luck with CP24. I'll miss seeing you as this is not a station i watch very often.

— Carol (April 11, 2011 at 1:24 p.m.)

@ Jackie H. from St. Thomas: I came hear to wish Kyle best wishes in his new job but am insulted by your comment about Randy. Because you don't like sports you don't like him? What a ridiculous thing to say. I am extremely proud to be from Preston where homegrown people like Randy and Jeff and Brenda Irvin proudly represent our town on national CTV and CBC television everyday. When you get three people from St. Thomas doing that, please let us know?
Oh, and good luck Kyle.

I was surprised to see Lyle on cp24, but glad I found him as I enjoyed his news with Nancy - it is not the same without him. I wish he and his wife and family all the best and that his new station will see his great personality and professionalism.
Good Luck Kyle

To Tammy Anderson (Cambridge-Preston)
I just now came back to this site and read your response to my original comment, April 1. In no way was it my intention to slite Randy. My goodness, what I wrote was done in jest...I'm sure Randy is an exceptional sports reporter! And as far as his ability as a meteorologist is concerned, with a bit of 'humor' added, my observation was well meant.
In the several years I have been using a computer, this was my second comment posted ever. Perhaps I should just cut back to "no comment" after this. No doubt you will agree. But before I do so, I would suggest it might be in your own best interest to cut back on the caffeine. Just a suggestion.
By the way, "hear" is a verb meaning "to perceive by the ear" while "here" is an adverb meaning "in or at this place." Perhaps you can sort this out.
And, yes, I realize I made a typographical error in that I typed 'by' when 'be' was intended.
All the best.

— Jackie H., St. Thomas (April 17, 2011 at 10:25 p.m.)

I just thought Kyle was on Vacation. Why was it kept a secret from the viewers of South Western Ontario? I don't get that CP 24 station so won't see him anymore! Great news anchor on CTV at noon and six. Best of luck Kyle and I miss you already on the news.

— Dianna F, Sarnia, Ont. (April 21, 2011 at 6:17 p.m.)

By coming to this site, we have finally found out where Kyle is now!!! Thank goodness. We have been suffering withdrawal ever since he said goodbye on his last news cast. We were dumbfounded the night he said goodbye and wondered if it was his choice or the TV stations choice. If it was Kyles, then good luck to him, if not, well I can't say what is on my mind. We miss you Kyle. Jim and Shirley D. Brantford, ON.

— Jim and Shirley (May 5, 2011 at 2:59 p.m.)

So glad I found this site as I was wondering where Kyle went. We will miss him in KW but wish him all the best with his career. Their gain, our loss!! Maybe some day he will be back!!
