Here are a few signature drinks to consider when drawing up your bar list:
CHAMPAGNE DREAMS
Ingredients:
1 oz. Pama pomegranate liqueur
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Fresh orange juice
3 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
Method: Assemble the first three ingredients in a cocktail glass with ice. Slowly pour in the champagne while stirring very gently to retain the bubbles and chill the mixture. Strain into a champagne flute and garnish with an orange zest.
BLUSHING BRIDE
Ingredients:
1 oz. Pama
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Pink grapefruit juice
Lemon wedge
Coarse sugar for garnish
Method: Rub a wedge of lemon around the rim of a martini glass and dip the glass into a plate of coarse sugar. Set it aside. Pour the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the garnished martini glass.
PAMA KISS
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Pama
3/4 oz. Sour apple vodka
½ oz. Cranberry
Method: Mix ingredients in martini shaker. Shake well. Serve on the rocks.
PASSION
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Pama
½ oz. Peach schnapps
Orange juice and 7-UP with a splash of grenadine
Method: Mix ingredients. Garnish with a lime.
LOVE BOMB
Ingredients:
3 oz. U'Luvka Vodka
2 oz. Pomegranate juice
2 oz. Fresh apple juice
Method: Shake all ingredients on rock ice and strain into an ice-filled martini glass.
THE PERFECT PEAR
Ingredients:
2 ¼ oz. Shocu
¼ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ oz. Funkin Pear Puree
1 oz. St-Germain
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

I help run a wedding venue in Birmingham AL and have found that a signature drink is the easiest way for a bride and groom to control the alcohol budget, add a thematic element to their wedding and have the fun in naming their own drink. I advise all brides and grooms to add this idea to their plan!
