Oblong
This face shape can be easily confused with the oval, but the oblong is longer, and can sometimes narrow at the chin. Since you already have length on your side with your face shape, shop for a veil that’s wider, rather than longer. This will frame your face beautifully and not add unwanted length.
Round
With this face shape, which can be fuller in the cheeks, rather than adding any more width, you want to add the illusion of length. A simple trailing veil worn on the top of your head, which cascades down the sides of your face, will highlight your features, and also create the appearance of killer cheekbones.
Square
If you have a square-shaped face choose something that will soften your jawline but still show off your sexy angles. Choosing a mid- to long-length veil, as opposed to a short frilly one, will better suit your face shape and help enhance your features.
Heart
With a heart- or triangular-shaped face, a full veil can be tricky. You want to add width to the jawline since the chin tends to be narrow. The best bet is to start the veil at the nape of your neck—try working it into a chignon or low bun style.
Oval
If you have this symmetrical face shape, the world is your oyster! This is the ideal shape and any style of veil will look fabulous on you.
