The year 2010 marks Weddingbells’ silver anniversary and it’s hard to believe we’ve been the best friend to more than 3.2 million Canadian brides since 1985. Through the years we’ve seen gowns, cake flavours and wedding styles change; redesigned and reinvented our magazine pages; and watched Weddingbells grow into a powerhouse multimedia brand with the advent of this website. The one thing that hasn’t changed at Weddingbells is our commitment to our readers. We’ve always been here to guide and inspire you in your wedding planning to ensure you have “your day, your way.” To do this we’ve worked with Canada’s premiere photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, writers, editors and designers—a huge thank you to everyone. For the next 12 months my editors and I will be filling this space with musings and memories from our past as well fresh ideas for your 2010 wedding. I propose a toast to you and to us!
