If you like a sweet treat after a meal try making your own Popsicles. Available at Williams-Sonoma, the Zoku Quick Pop Maker, $75, can create your perfect pop in a jiffy. The maker is composed of nonstick cast-aluminum molds with a solution at each of the bases that helps the pops freeze quickly. After the maker has been pre-chilled in your freezer (about 24 hours), all you do is add the ingredients you want to freeze and wait for the magic to happen. If you're planning on making a batch, you can get about nine pops made before you'll need to refreeze the unit again. What we really love about this maker is that because it starts working almost instantly, you can get really creative, such as layering juices and creating your own Creamsicles.
