When we heard that Annabel Clarke MacKay, creator of The Paperqueen (thepaperqueen.com), was going to be in town showing off her personalized stationery, we had a feeling we’d be sharing notes. MacKay’s chic cards, known for their couture drawings, are so stylish they’ve graced the pages of the Neiman Marcus Christmas Catalogue and InStyle magazine. Her more popular designs include ladies clad in designer clothing, pretty patterned handbags and colourful high-heeled shoes.
While The Paperqueen can personalize everything from invitations to notepads, here are three bridal-worthy items we just had to share:
1. Calling cards. They make the perfect bridesmaids’ gifts, especially if the girls in your party have completely different styles and personalities.
2. Notepads. Another good gift for your gals (or yourself). In fact, this is even something you could give to the boys.
3. Save-the-dates. We loved the glittery images of The Paperqueen’s wedding cards (pictured left). Choose a design from MacKay’s online gallery or have one custom-made especially for you and your fiancé.
