Dee’s Top Bridal Beauty Tips
1. For lip colour that lasts use a long-wear lippy that won’t kiss off.
2. Give skin a beautiful healthy glow by using a shimmering body balm like Benefit Bathina Take a Picture it Lasts Longer ($32) on your face and body. Apply it to areas you want to highlight (i.e. cheekbones, brow bones, collarbone and décolleté).
3. If you want to pump up your lashes with falsies, opt for single ones instead of a strip—this will create a more natural and subtle effect.
4. Pack blotting papers in your wedding clutch instead of pressed powder for quick and easy skin touch-ups throughout the day.
5. To keep eye makeup from travelling when the tears start rolling, use waterproof mascara and liquid liner.

Jane’s Top Bridal Beauty Tips
1. Research your look; obtain magazine references, establish a theme that complements your dress and a colour palette that works with your skin tone, hair colour and outfit.
2. Do a run through of your look. Try and visit a pro artist for a consultation/demonstration/lesson prior to your wedding day.
3. When you are doing your makeup, apply it up close in front of a mirror with light evenly illuminating the face (daylight is ideal). Stand back periodically and view from a distance—this will provide clarity in balance, shape and overall look.
4. Wear longwearing products. Her M.A.C faves: Pro Longwear Foundation ($36), Pro Longwear concealer ($27), Fluidline ($18), Pro Longwear Lipcolour ($25), Splashproof Lash ($16)) and Blot Powder ($27).
5. Choose makeup that will stand the test of time in photos. Your wedding day is not the time to try out a crazy violet lipstick or architectural eyeliner!

Wanda’s Top Bridal Beauty Tips
1.Use a primer to prep your skin before applying any foundation. It will create a smooth surface so your makeup glides on—it also helps your makeup last longer. Her choice: BritePrep FX ($45).
2. Invest in foundation for your skin type. Normal to dry should use liquid or cream; oily should stick with powder. Apply all formulas with a brush for even coverage.
3. Don’t forget to conceal. Apply it in the areas of your face where you need extra coverage and remember to put it on AFTER your foundation—this creates a more natural look.
4. Stick with natural and pretty coloured eyeshadows. Use neutral tones that complement your eye colour.
5. Don’t forget blush! Use a soft coral or pink tone on the apples of your cheeks, applying powder in a circular, buffing motion to create the most natural-looking flush. Try: BronzedFX in Pink Topaz or Golden Peach ($28 each).
