On my Royal Caribbean cruise there were numerous tours offered, from Caribbean to Alaskan tours, each visiting a selection of diverse locations. For example, a Caribbean cruise could take you from spicy Miami to historical San Juan, Puerto Rico, then off for a day of beach-hopping (and shopping) in St. Maarten.
